• Establish the client's needs and requirements
  • Collect necessary documents and data on the property
  • Inspect the property and report on main features

  • Commission brokers and/or advertise the sale
  • Negotiate terms with prospective buyers under the instruction of the owner
  • Arrange the conclusion of the transaction after receiving approval and authority from the owner
  • Collect payment and transfer money to the owner
