• Establish the client's needs and requirements
  • Determine the size and funding of the client's investment
  • Commission brokers to identify a suitable property for the client
  • Inspect the property and arrange for survey if appropriate
  • Verify that the property is clear from trespassers, and review any adverse rights or obligations
  • Assist the client throughout the purchase process and procure legal advice where necessary
  • Assist the new owner to register the property and obtain new title deeds
  • Make recommendation for future use of the property (if requested)
