• Establish the client's needs and requirement
  • Collect necessary documents and data on the property
  • Inspect the property and report on main features
  • Verify that the property is free and protected from trespassers at all times
  • Commission a land surveyor to survey the property and prepare a set of plans (if required)
  • Monitor changes in laws and other developments that might affect the property
  • Conduct periodic valuations of the property
  • Recommend future uses of the land
