• Establish the client's needs and requirements
  • Collect necessary documents and data on the property
  • Advise on the purpose, scope, size and funding of the client's investment
  • Inspect the property and report on main features
  • Verify that the property is clear from trespassers and that no adverse rights affect the development
  • Propose architectural/engineering firms capable of undertaking the project, for the client's selection
  • Coordinate work with the architectural/ engineering firm and report to the client
  • Provide government liaison services
  • Provide market and sales assessments
  • Procure or provide legal and accounting services as required
